Charles (Chuck) D. Garner, Jr., received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1983 from Ursinus College, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Dickinson School of Law in 1986.
As a partner in a general law practice with a major concentration on municipal law, Chuck represents, as Solicitor, the Borough of Pottstown, the Borough of Pennsburg, Upper Pottsgrove Township, and the Limerick Township Zoning Hearing Board.
Chuck also specializes in real estate law, zoning and land use, business law and estate planning and probate. In real estate law, such as sales transactions, residential and commercial leases, along with financing documents. In addition to representing municipalities, he has represented many private clients in zoning appeals as well as subdivision and land development approval processes for both commercial and residential developments. He has represented business and corporate clients throughout the formation of various corporate entities, assisted in the preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements necessary for new business enterprises. He has also helped clients with their estate planning needs which include wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and trusts. He is also able to follow up with the creation and administration of estates and assists clients through the probate process.
In his practice, he strives to be responsive to the needs of his clients, will promptly respond to emails, and makes best efforts to return phone calls the same day.
